ALIBI HALLOWEEN SHOOT
(11/1/2014) We had 12 players in the tournament this year. Because of conflicts we were forced to postpone the tournament until after Halloween, and with the rainy weather the tournout was not what we wished. At least it was worth the while to get wet and have fun with friends.The bar added $50 to the prize pool and provided some great burgers and dogs. A second event was to follow but it started raining way to bad. Instead, 8 stayed for a pool tournament indoors, and were treated to drinks by the bar as a reward.

SULLY'S TOURNAMENT
(9/27/2014) We had 18 players and used the high/low draw method. Weather was very nice a little drizzle later on but we were all at Bert & Mistys by then. I had way too much fun. My camera died right after I had the picture taken of all the players. That was about half way through the tournament. Someone else took pictures of the winners and they were going to send them to me, but for the life of me I cant remember who. Little help here........

(8/23/2014) We had 82 players in the tournament this year. They weather was magnificant and fun was unbelievable. As usual we were treated to a very tasty dinner by the Claim Jumper Crew. The only sad thing is when this is over, we know winter is upon us soon. Well at least we go into it with a whole bunch of friends by our sides.

LDG JULY TOURNAMENT
(7/26/2014) We had 32 players. Scott
and Jill Hymas provided big hot dogs with Chili and a few others brought
food. It was very hot, but still all had fun and I know there was
a good amount of beer drank. Scott Hymas made a speech and of
course bought a round for all that remained to the end. He said
next year will be the 20th year (Im not sure if that means
20 years for the tournament or 20 years he has ran the LDG). He is
planning a bigger party for that one (maybe cook a pig).

(6/21/2014) 20 players made it to the Beerhouse on a wonderful day, perfect for throwing shoes. After the tournment, alot of people even did a redraw and had a second go at it. The Beerhouse added $50 prize money for the first go around!

TURNERS TOURNAMENT
(5/17/2014) 26 players. Turners and the sponsored teams (Pole Dancers, Chicks & Dicks, and X-Men) all brought food hamburgers and hotdogs on the grill, good salads, condiments and homemade apple cake. Weather was fabulous (actually a little on the hot side). Lots of great shoes thrown and done long before sunset. Jennifer brought Hawaiian decorations and plenty of people helped with putting them up and getting the food set out. TJ helped the day before getting things cleaned up and the place looked fairly good considering no water for the grass.

2014 SPRING FLING KICKOFF TOURNAMENT
(4/12/2014) 52 players arrived at the Dutch Goose to compete in the event and pick up thier packets for the season that starts this week. The weather was great for the most part, with just a gust or two of wind passing through. Dave and Willie took the hardware from the annual season opener this year, by going undefeated through the day. Many other great shoes were thrown and looks like a tough season may be in store.

LDG ST. PATTY'S DAY TOURNAMENT
(3/15/2014) 46 players and 160 chickens showed up at this event, but only the players left. Yes that is right, as Scott barbequed the poultry and then fed it to us so we would not leave hungry. The weather turned out very nice for a March day and all that attended were treated to fun time. This always seems to get everyone excited for the upcoming year of shoes! Todd and Eric where on thier game and took home the clover leaf championship!
